Michael Cabral is a native of Massachusetts.  He attended Providence College where he graduated magna cum laude and focused his studies in the fields of history and political science.  After graduation, Michael attended New England Law|Boston, graduating cum laude.  While in law school Michael was an Executive Case Editor for the New England Journal of Civil and Criminal Confinement and a founding board member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Organization.  

Michael began his legal career as law clerk in the Massachusetts trial courts.  He first served as a judicial intern to the honorable judges of the Massachusetts Land Court.  Upon graduation from law school, Michael also served as a judicial law clerk in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court.  After gaining valuable experience while working closely with the judges of the Massachusetts trial courts, Michael joined the state’s largest municipal law firm of Kopelman and Paige, P.C. 

While at Kopelman and Paige, Michael focused his practice in general municipal law, litigation, land use, real estate, board of health matters, municipal enforcement, construction, and landlord-tenant law.  Michael regularly advised and represented local boards on a variety of matters involving litigation, local permitting, and code enforcement.  Michael also successfully represented his clients before the following courts and administrative agencies: District Court, Superior Court, Land Court, Probate and Family Court, Housing Court and the State Building Code Board of Appeals.

Michael then established the Law Offices of Michael B. Cabral, LLC in Boston where he represents clients across the state.  The firm offers services designed to meet the needs of individuals, families and businesses.  Michael works closely with his clients to help protect their interests and achieve successful results.         

Michael is admitted to practice law in the Massachusetts state courts and in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts.  He is a member of the Massachusetts, Boston and Middlesex County Bar Associations. Additionally, in order to provide better service to his clients, Michael is also a licensed real estate broker, notary public and title insurance agent.
