Michael represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in the purchase, sale, refinance and leasing of residential and commercial properties.  He works with his clients from the initial stages of the offer through negotiating the Purchase and Sale Agreement and representation at the closing.  Whether you are buying or selling your first home or a piece of investment property, Michael can assist you throughout the transaction and insure that your interests are protected.  As an approved title insurance agent, Michael also works closely with lenders. to close loans under the new RESPA/Good Faith Estimate regulations.
